Terms of service

These terms govern your use of www.fusionlab.co.in and any order placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

Each piece is 3D-printed to order, so small variations between units are normal — fine layer texture, slight sheen or shade differences. Some product photos are styled renders; colours can look slightly different on your screen. Dimensions are approximate, within a few millimetres.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully verified through Razorpay. If we can’t make an item you’ve paid for (for example, a filament colour runs out), we’ll contact you with an alternative or a full refund. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Custom prints

Custom print requests are quoted individually after we review your specifications. A quote is not a confirmed order until you approve the design and complete payment.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photography, and site content are the property of Fusion Lab unless otherwise noted. Custom pieces made to a customer’s brief are for that customer’s personal use.

Limitation of liability

Fusion Lab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
