Shipping policy

We ship across India through courier partners. Most Fusion Lab pieces are printed after you order, so delivery time has two parts: printing and courier transit.

Production time

Your order goes into the print queue once payment is confirmed. Printing and finishing take 2–3 days. The few items we hold in stock are packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Courier transit

Once packed, standard transit is 3–4 days depending on your city. Metro cities are usually on the faster end; remote pincodes may take a day or two longer. We’ll send you the tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is handed to the courier.

Total delivery window

Combined, most orders arrive within 5–7 working days of the order date. You can check the live status of any order on our Track order page at any time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹599 or more. Below that, a flat ₹79 is added and shown at checkout before you pay. We don’t offer cash on delivery.

Serviceable areas

We ship to all pincodes serviceable by our courier partners across India. If your pincode isn't serviceable, you'll see a message at checkout — reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll try to find an alternative.

Undelivered or delayed shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived 3 working days after the estimated date, WhatsApp us your order ID and we’ll chase the courier. Parcels lost in transit are reprinted or refunded in full.
