Cancellation policy

You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing your order. Printing usually starts within 12 hours of payment, so message us as early as you can.

Before printing starts

WhatsApp us your order ID and ask to cancel. We’ll confirm the cancellation and refund the full amount.

After printing starts

Once your piece is on the printer, the material and machine time are committed to your order, so it can no longer be cancelled.

Refused or undelivered parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because delivery was refused or the address couldn’t be reached, we refund the order value minus the shipping cost both ways. If the courier was at fault, we refund in full or reship for free.

Custom prints

Custom orders can be cancelled free of charge until you approve the final design. After approval, the rules above apply.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
