Every piece is printed after you order: 2–3 days to print and finish, then 3–4 days with the courier — 5–7 working days in total. Each product page shows the expected delivery dates.

Check the delivery dates on the product page before ordering. If you have a hard deadline, WhatsApp us first — we can often move your order up the print queue.

Yes, on orders of ₹599 or more — any two items usually get you there. Below that, a flat ₹79 is added at checkout.

No. We print each piece specially for you, so we take payment upfront by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. If anything goes wrong, you're covered by our replacement and refund policy.

WhatsApp us photos (and an unboxing video if you have one) within 48 hours of delivery. We'll reprint and send a replacement for free, or refund you — no need to send the item back.

Because every piece is printed specifically for your order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are always replaced or refunded.

Yes, for a full refund until printing starts — usually within 12 hours of payment. WhatsApp us your order ID as soon as possible.

Please use LED tea lights. Our holders are printed in PLA, which softens with heat. The melting candle and wheat sheaf sets come with LED tea lights included.

Mostly PLA, a plant-based plastic that's sturdy, lightweight and safe for indoor use. Our vases are for dried flowers — they aren't watertight. Each product page lists its material and care instructions.

Usually, yes. Send a request from the Custom print page or WhatsApp us with the product name and what you'd like changed.
