This policy explains what information Fusion Lab collects when you browse or order from this site, and how it's used. We collect the minimum needed to fulfil your order and support you afterward.

What we collect

At checkout: your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. For custom print requests: the same, plus any reference image or description you choose to share. We do not require you to create an account to place an order.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials — those are handled entirely within Razorpay's secure checkout. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference from Razorpay to confirm your order.

How we use your information

To process and ship your order, send order and delivery updates, issue a GST invoice, respond to support requests on WhatsApp or email, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional updates about new products.

Who we share it with

Your name, phone number, and address are shared with our courier partners solely to deliver your order. Payment details are handled by Razorpay under their own privacy and security practices. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Order records, including the address and contact details tied to them, are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes under Indian law.

Your choices

To request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to retain it), or opt out of marketing messages, email support@fusionlab.co.in or message us on WhatsApp.

Cookies

We use only the minimum technical storage needed to keep your cart working between pages — no third-party ad-tracking cookies.
